Who We’re Looking For
We are currently hiring caregivers, home health aides, and personal care assistants who are:

Compassionate and patient

Reliable and on time
-
Good communicators
-
Able to follow care plans
-
Respectful of clients’ cultural and personal needs
You do not need a medical background to start, especially for non-medical roles in Pennsylvania.
Minnesota roles may require additional certifications for skilled services.

- Qualifications
Pennsylvania (Non-Medical Care)

At least 18 years old
-
Able to pass background checks
-
Reliable transportation
-
Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required

Willingness to learn and show compassion
Minnesota (Skilled & Non-Skilled Care)
Depending on the role:

CNA/HHA certification (for aides)

LPN/RN license (for nursing roles)

Background checks and required documentation

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver
Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
-
Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Medication reminders
-
Companionship and conversation
-
Mobility support and transfers
-
Escort to appointments or outings
-
Supporting clients with dignity, respect, and patience
