Who We’re Looking For

We are currently hiring caregivers, home health aides, and personal care assistants who are:

• Compassionate and patient

• Reliable and on time

• Good communicators

• Able to follow care plans

• Respectful of clients’ cultural and personal needs

You do not need a medical background to start, especially for non-medical roles in Pennsylvania.
Minnesota roles may require additional certifications for skilled services.

- Qualifications

Pennsylvania (Non-Medical Care)

• At least 18 years old

• Able to pass background checks

• Reliable transportation

• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required

• Willingness to learn and show compassion

Minnesota (Skilled & Non-Skilled Care)
Depending on the role:

• CNA/HHA certification (for aides)

• LPN/RN license (for nursing roles)

• Background checks and required documentation

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and conversation

• Mobility support and transfers

• Escort to appointments or outings

• Supporting clients with dignity, respect, and patience

Every client’s needs are different, we build care plans designed to set you and the client up for success.
