We provide home-based care for seniors, adults with disabilities, and individuals who need assistance with daily living. Services range from personal care and companionship to skilled nursing (Minnesota).

2. Which states do you serve?

We currently serve clients in:

Pennsylvania:

3. How do I know what type of care my loved one needs?

We start with a free consultation and a full assessment. Our care coordinator will help you determine the right level of support, non-medical, skilled nursing, or private pay.

4. How quickly can services start?

Most families begin services within 24 - 72 hours after paperwork and state approval (if needed).
Private pay clients can often start immediately.

GETTING PAID TO CARE FOR A LOVED ONE

5. Can I get paid to take care of my family member?

Yes.
Both PA and MN offer programs where family members can be paid caregivers for a loved one, depending on eligibility.

6. Which family members can get paid?

This varies by state and program, but in most cases:

  • Children

  • Relatives

  • Friends

  • In some states, spouses may qualify*

We will guide you according to your specific state rules.

7. How does the process work?

  1. You contact us.

  2. We do a free consultation.

  3. We check eligibility for the Medicaid waiver or home health program.

  4. We help complete all paperwork.

  5. Once approved, you can start earning pay while caring for your loved one.

PENNSYLVANIA HOME CARE (NON-MEDICAL)

8. What services do you offer in Pennsylvania?

  • Personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)

  • Light housekeeping

  • Errands and appointments

9. Do you accept Medicaid waiver clients in PA?

Yes.
We work with Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs.

10. Do you offer private pay care?

MINNESOTA HOME HEALTH (SKILLED & NON-SKILLED)

11. What services do you offer in Minnesota?

Non-skilled and skilled services, including:

  • Skilled nursing

  • Medication management

  • Wound care

  • Chronic condition monitoring

  • Home health aides

  • Personal care

  • Post-hospital care

  • Therapy coordination

12. Do you accept Medicare in Minnesota?

Yes.
Minnesota is the only location where we offer Medicare and skilled nursing services.

CAREGIVERS & STAFFING

13. How do you select and screen caregivers?

All caregivers undergo:

  • Background checks

  • Reference checks

  • In-depth interviews

  • Skills and personality review

  • State-required training

We only hire caregivers we would trust with our own families.

14. Can we choose our caregiver?

Yes.
We work hard to match you with someone who fits your needs, culture, personality, and schedule.
If the match isn’t perfect, we will make adjustments.

15. Can caregivers provide medical tasks?

In Pennsylvania: No, only non-medical tasks.
In Minnesota: Yes, licensed nurses can provide skilled medical care.

COST & PAYMENT

16. How much does home care cost?

This depends on:

  • The type of care

  • Number of hours

  • Level of need

We offer Medicaid-funded care and affordable private pay rates.

17. Does insurance cover home care?

  • PA: Medicaid waiver covers care

  • MN: Medicaid, Medicare, and sometimes private insurance

  • Private pay is available in both states

We will walk you through the eligibility process for Medicaid, waiver programs, Medicare (MN), or private pay options.

22. Do you replace caregivers if needed?

Absolutely.
If a caregiver isn’t the right fit, we will match you with someone else quickly.
